Lily S. Hensel is admitted to practice law in the states of California and Arizona. She has been involved in immigration law since 2000, when she served as an extern for legacy-INS, Chicago District Counsel's Office. Ms. Hensel is responsible for the planning and implementation of immigration strategies, and currently represents employers and families with administrative petitions and applications to the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Department of State, and U.S. Embassies and Consulates. Her professional experience and accomplishments include hundreds of successful petitions and applications for companies and individuals within the largest and most recognizable multi-national corporations. Particular emphasis lies in the information technology sector.

EDUCATION: Ms. Hensel received a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2001, where she was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity. She received a B.A. in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis in 1997.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS: American Immigration Lawyers Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association.

LANGUAGES: Conversant in Persian

In addition to immigration law, Ms. Hensel’s interests include hiking, mountain biking, and spending time with her family. Previously, Ms. Hensel competed in the Hunter/Jumper Division for many years at horse shows throughout the United States.
