Elise Tsai has practiced in the areas of business-related immigration for over five years. As a first-generation American, Ms. Tsai is passionate about immigration issues and offers innovative solutions and strategic planning to individual clients and large companies in the automotive, business, healthcare, science, and technology sectors, as well as to major universities and research institutions.
EDUCATION: Ms. Tsai graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and was awarded the Texas Memorial Scholarship for academic excellence. She obtained her J.D. degree from New York Law School and received the John V. Thornton/Con Edison Company Scholarship for outstanding achievement.
ADMITTED: 1994, Texas and the United States District Court - Southern District of Texas.
APPOINTMENTS: From 1993-1995, Ms. Tsai was judicially-appointed Harris County Special Commissioner where she presided over Eminent Domain cases in the most populated county in the State of Texas.

LANGUAGES: Taiwanese and conversant in Mandarin Chinese.
On a personal note, Ms. Tsai enjoys traveling, skiing and playing tennis when time permits. She is very involved with her son’s Cub Scout troop and his soccer, basketball and baseball teams.
